Oceanic Scuba Diving Service (OSDS) was founded by S M Atiqur Rahman, a veteran diver qualified from the Bangladesh Navy and a CMAS 3-star conservation diver who is credited with introducing recreational scuba diving to Bangladesh. Over nearly three decades, OSDS has evolved into Bangladesh’s leading commercial diving service provider for inshore and offshore projects.
We have earned an exceptional reputation among domestic and international contractors through our transparent personal approach, rigorous work ethic, and state-of-the-art equipment. Our team provides specialized diving consultancy to river training consultants, engineering firms, port authorities, offshore energy operators, and government agencies.
Our expertise has been instrumental in project planning, contractor selection, underwater risk assessment, and on-site subsea supervision, ensuring every diving operation is executed safely, within project scope, and in full compliance with international standards.

Pioneer who introduced recreational scuba diving to Bangladesh and founder of Oceanic Scuba Diving Service in 1996. Veteran Bangladesh Navy diver with over 30 years of elite subsea leadership in commercial engineering, bridge foundations, river training, deepwater pipeline salvages, and marine conservation.
Md Morshed Alam
Oversees operational planning, project finance, client technical liaison, and marine safety protocols for inshore and offshore diving deployments.
M A Quddus
Three decades of naval and commercial subsea operations. Directs on-site diver safety, surface supplied diving telemetry, and diver training curriculum.
Mohamad Safa
Coordinates technical communication, international marine client relations, and digital inspection data recording systems.
